Card payments (if applicable)

Late or missed payments may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a fee.

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable care in providing our services, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage
Water ingress due to structural faults
Access restrictions caused by the customer or third parties

We are covered by full public liability insurance
